KHAWAJJA GAMES ASSET USAGE LICENSE
The resources, graphics, HUD reticles, audio scripts, and UI packs made available in the Khawajja Games Asset Hub are provided to empower independent developers, game creators, and hobbyists. This license grants broad permissions for using these assets in your interactive video game projects.
1. Permitted Uses
Under this license, you are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
- Personal & Educational Projects: Use the assets in personal games, student assignments, game jam entries, and learning prototypes.
- Commercial Video Games: Integrate the assets into commercial, monetized, free-to-play, or premium video games across all platforms (Android, iOS, Steam, Windows, Mac, WebGL, Consoles).
- Modification & Adaptation: Modify, resize, recolor, combine, slice, or alter the assets to fit the visual aesthetic and technical requirements of your specific game.
2. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions
To protect our community and resources, the following restrictions apply:
- No Standalone Redistribution: You may not redistribute, repackage, or re-host the raw asset files on other websites, asset stores, or torrent repositories as standalone files.
- No Standalone Resale: You may not sell the assets as individual stock graphics, icons, or standalone templates.
- No NFT / Blockchain Minting: You may not mint, tokenize, or register these assets as NFTs or on blockchain networks.
- No Trademark Claims: You may not trademark or copyright the original standalone Khawajja Games asset designs as your own company logo.
3. Attribution Guidelines
Attribution is not mandatory for commercial or personal video games, but is warmly appreciated by our indie studio. If you would like to credit us in your game credits or documentation, you may include:
